Charlie Health is hiring exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health to provide remote telehealth services for adolescent and young adult clients.

You will work with a warm clinical team, facilitate groups, and employ modalities like DBT, CBT, and EMDR; strong communication and reliability are essential. This is a part-time 1099 role with evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiarity with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI a plus).
• Comfort delivering group treatment via telehealth.

Responsabilités

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Meet with supervisor at least 1x/month for check-in.
• Respond to emails and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour, following CH curriculum.
• Engage clients and foster camera-on participation.
• Collaborate with care team and document notes within 24 hours.
