Job summary

Endurance Warranty Services is hiring for an Evening Shift Senior Sales Representative in a 100% remote role. You will answer a high volume of calls, identify customer needs, and close vehicle service contract sales.

The position offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and pathways for advancement. We require a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of commission-based sales, negotiation, call center, and contract sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of commission-based sales experience.
• 3 years of negotiation experience.
• 3 years of call center experience.
• 3 years of contract sales.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Property & casualty license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work an evening shift (e.g., 3PM–11PM CST Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu).
• Complete training period (2 weeks, Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM CST).
• Handle a high volume of sales calls and work toward a one-call close.
• Identify customer needs and sell vehicle service contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with the team.
