Endurance Warranty Services, LLC is seeking energetic sales professionals for a fully remote role with uncapped commissions. You will close high-volume inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs and selling vehicle service contracts to protect their investments.

Training is provided and you’ll work with a supportive leadership team. Earn 125,000–150,000 USD per year on average, with a Thursday–Monday schedule and CST hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commission-based or call-center sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation & Schedule

Location: 100% Fully Remote (Camera usage required for training and team meetings).

Pay: 100% Commission (Average earnings: $125,000 – $150,000/year).

Hours: Thursday–Monday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST (Sunday hours are 9:0 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
