Endurance Warranty Services is expanding its career opportunities and is hiring for the Evening Shift (3PM-11PM CST). This role offers an uncapped commission-based career where you can write your own paycheck.

You will handle a high volume of calls, close daily sales, identify customer needs, and educate customers on motor vehicle contracts. Training is paid, with growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of commission-based sales experience.
• 3 years of call center experience.
• 3 years of contract sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Close 4–6 sales daily with a one-call close.
• Identify customer needs and present the motor vehicle contract that best protects their investment.
• Overcome objections using rebuttal tactics.
• Educate consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay aligned with leadership.
