Qualifications

• 2+ years in fleet services or related operations role.
• Ability to read repair estimates and identify variances.
• Fluent with data and operating systems; Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair-related rental programs and approve invoices.
• Review workflow for repair orders and escalate when needed.
• Audit completed repairs against authorizations and guidelines.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure only authorized work is billed.
• Communicate repair status and cost to customers and success teams.
• Score vendors with turnaround time and cost data for reviews.
