Job summary

Blue Bird Corporation seeks an experienced EV Powertrain Support Specialist to assist dealer service personnel and end users with EV technology, training needs, and technical publications. You will collaborate with engineering and publications teams to advance EV product support and diagnostics.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to travel as needed to support customers and field services in a manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in EV powertrain or infrastructure
• Strong communication with dealer and end users
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Provide EV product technical support to dealer and end user service personnel
• Ensure dealership management understands training requirements for EV products
• Develop EV powertrain technical support publications
• Support EV powertrain training requests from dealers
• Engage with product development and engineering on EV projects
• Perform other related job duties
