Job summary

QuickTeam is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role. Full-time, 40 Hours/Week, with EST business hours. Training will be provided to learn EV charger systems and troubleshooting procedures.

You will monitor charger statuses, assist with troubleshooting, and coordinate with maintenance and property teams to keep chargers operational. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or technical support, strong communication, and the ability to multitask

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist or Technical Support Specialist.
• Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage active issues efficiently.
• Customer service or technical support experience in IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EV charger statuses and identify issues.
• Communicate with property owners and drivers to assist with troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for on-site support.
• Document issues and resolutions in the system.
• Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
