Job summary

Whitefox Technologies seeks a Customer Support Account Engineer for Ethanol, remote-based with up to 50% travel within the USA. You will own plant accounts, coordinate commissioning and O&M support, and ensure safety, reliability, and measurable value for customers.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, delivering SOPs, and maintaining the core technical file; strong collaboration and field readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years industry experience; Ethanol preferred.
• Experience producing engineering deliverables (PFD, P&IDs, SOPs).
• Site experience at production facility and leading a team.
• Experience managing client relationships across multiple sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional O&M team; coordinate with field technicians and product teams.
• Manage commissioning readiness, documentation, and client training packages.
• Provide remote engineering support and monitor plant operations.
• Oversee cartridge reliability and energy/ cooling water benefit realization.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50%).
