Job summary

Whitefox Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Account Engineer for the Ethanol sector. This remote role focuses on ensuring client success, sustaining system value, and serving as the primary technical and commercial contact after project delivery.

You will manage a portfolio of plants, coordinate with plant teams, and lead cross-functional activities from commissioning through O&M, training, and handover. Travel within the USA is expected (~50%), with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in industry; ethanol experience preferred.
• Experience producing PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs and programming guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of plants and act as primary technical/commercial contact after delivery.
• Lead commissioning, O&M support, and post-install training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Support commercial follow-through and cartridge-replacement programs.
• Travel within USA as needed (approx. 50%).
