Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in linguistics or related field with attention to linguistic detail.
• Prior work in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Estonian proficiency at C1/C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Perform primary quality checks during production to correct subtle cultural errors.
• Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources from feedback.
• Provide native-level language vetting throughout production scaling and consultation.
