Job summary

Agency is seeking independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners to provide native Belarusian vetting and QA for a specialized AI data project. Contractors will annotate, test, and evaluate outputs for grammar, naturalness, and cultural context.

Responsibilities include generating educational resources, identifying subtle biases, and offering linguistic consultation during production. Remote freelance engagement with hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Belarusian language proficiency at C1 or C2.
• Background in linguistics, education, or related fields requiring linguistic precision.
• Experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammar, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Act as primary quality check to identify subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing.
• Develop educational resources and feedback documentation to align AI outputs with expectations.
• Provide native-level vetting during production and linguistic consultation throughout the project.
