Job summary

Magnolia Bakery is seeking a Franchise Administration Coordinator (Remote EST) to support the Domestic & International Franchise Development Team through franchise administration, Discovery Day planning, and cross-functional project coordination.

Working with Franchise Development, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, Architecture, and Legal, you will balance priorities and ensure projects stay on schedule while upholding Magnolia’s hospitality-driven brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects with good judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executives, vendors, and teams.
• Attention to detail with a hospitality-driven approach to support brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and host Discovery Days, both virtual and in-person, with end-to-end event logistics.
• Prepare, track and distribute franchise-related agreements and communications.
• Facilitate franchise and real estate approval meetings with materials and logistics.
• Track milestones and obligations, flag risks and delays to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in FranConnect and ensure regulatory-compliant documentation.
