Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Consultant of Creative AI & Innovation Enablement to bridge creative teams, engineering, and business leadership. You will define how Generative AI, creative automation, and modular design systems are used to deliver faster, safer, and higher quality work across the organization.

In this remote role (EST hours), you will evaluate tools, design pilot programs, train talent, and establish repeatable workflows with governance and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years driving creative technology initiatives or design operations.
• Experience with Generative AI workflows and digital production transformation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and training design experience.
• Ethics, accessibility, and governance awareness in AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• AI & creative technology strategy and tool evaluation across the organization.
• Transform workflows to modular, scalable design pipelines.
• Design training programs and certify internal AI capabilities.
