ESR Healthcare is seeking a Creative & Design Expert to support a customer project focused on innovative design and media creation. You will apply your advanced skills to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping model learning through high-quality inputs.

The role emphasizes expertise in multiple design tools, remote collaboration, and timely delivery of polished creative outputs for real-world AI applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience using creative or design tools (graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, fashion design, UI/UX, or similar).
• Hands-on proficiency with at least two of the listed applications.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Reliable internet connection and availability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured tasks involving creative applications such as Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and realism based on how these tools are used professionally.
• Provide annotations, feedback, and quality evaluations following project guidelines.
• Meet delivery timelines and quality standards set by the project team.
