Talanto is seeking a Creative Technologist to design AI-powered workflows for creative teams. You will architect end-to-end AI systems, integrate LLMs into production pipelines, and collaborate with teams to scale impact.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in AI/creative tech, strong systems thinking, documentation, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical teammates while delivering tangible results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML tool experience.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience building automated workflows and integrations.
• Strong documentation habits and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows for the creative teams.
• Advise on where AI saves time and improves craft.
• Translate briefs into repeatable, documented systems.
• Prototype tools, test in real workflows, hand off solutions.
• Evaluate AI vendors and platforms.
• Quality-assure outputs for brand consistency.
• Document every tool and workflow.
• Bridge leadership vision and day-to-day execution.
