• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and correspondences; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review disbursement packages and funding documents for errors and deficiencies.
• Coordinate disbursement of escrow funds per statements and lender instructions.
• Process real estate fundings and wire transfers per procedures and approvals.
• Manage post-closing workflows, including e-recording setup and tracking.
