First American is seeking an Escrow/Banking Support specialist to assist escrow branch operations, balance files, and disburse funds. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, 40 WPM typing, and solid customer service skills.

The position offers remote work and requires minimal travel. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of banking or escrow experience, strong MS Office proficiency, and the ability to interpret closing documents while delivering accurate, timely service to clients and internal

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years Banking and/or Escrow experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and to communicate effectively.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra.

Responsibilities

• Assist escrow branch operations with disbursement of escrow transactions, reviewing documents and inputting data.
• Prepare and balance disbursement files and funds per instruction of escrow officers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service and accurate closing statements.
• Maintain attention to detail and adhere to process, policy, and regulatory requirements.
