Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive ERP transformation efforts, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud ERP platforms.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting and IT to capture requirements, create future-state processes, develop specifications and data mappings, and oversee data quality, governance, and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Strong techno-functional experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for ERP transformation initiatives, including migration from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud-based ERP platforms.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define future-state business processes.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation that align business needs with technology solutions.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping, data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts across ERP migration programs.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures and business processes to identify data gaps, transformation rules, conversion risks, and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure successful ERP modernization and data governance outcomes.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation activities.
