Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive ERP transformation efforts, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and create functional specifications and data mappings. Strong data migration and governance experience is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise settings.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms and large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on data mapping, conversion, migration, and data quality.
• Ability to gather requirements and facilitate workshops.
• Knowledge of ERP reporting, governance, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for ERP transformation initiatives (migration from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud ERP).
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT to define future-state processes and gather requirements.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, user stories, and solution docs.
• Lead data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality across ERP migrations.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures to identify data gaps and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and enterprise architects to ensure alignment and governance.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation.
