Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud platforms. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes and gather requirements.

You will develop functional specs, map data, support conversions, and ensure data governance across programs, collaborating with implementation partners

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Techno-functional experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for ERP transformation initiatives and migrations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Lead data mapping, data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality across ERP programs.
• Analyze data structures and processes to identify gaps, transformation rules, and conversion risks.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure modernization and data governance.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation.
