Legrand is seeking a SAP Business Engagement Analyst to join the Data Center Power & Control Division. This is a remote position focusing on end-to-end SAP process optimization across FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP to drive efficiency and adoption.

You will partner with SAP Basis, ABAP developers, and business analysts, lead workshops, map current-state processes, and guide change management through training and SOPs while delivering measurable ROI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with expertise in at least two core modules
• Proven track record of leading process improvement projects with quantifiable outcomes
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and best practices
• Proficiency in process-mapping tools (Signavio, Celonis, Visio, ARIS) and project management platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Map, document, and evaluate current-state SAP processes across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies; design future-state roadmaps
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM to drive improvements
• Conduct root-cause analysis on SAP process failures and recommend actions
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP developers, and analysts to implement changes
• Support SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and rollouts from a process-design perspective
• Evaluate new SAP features and add-ons for business value
• Maintain and refine internal business processes
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and build consensus
• Develop end-user training, SOPs, and process documentation
• Drive change management activities including communications and adoption monitoring
• Lead or contribute to SAP projects; manage scope, schedule, budgets
• Prepare business cases, project charters, and ROI analyses
• Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and sign-off; report KPIs and benefits
