Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud) to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of ERP across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll. You will mentor colleagues, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive efficient workflows in a fully remote US-based role.

The role requires 5+ years of ERP experience, strong Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ERP experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
• Functional knowledge in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions and document design decisions.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and managing deployments.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring of associates and intermediate ERP analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Advise partners on configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align ERP solutions with objectives.
• Identify and implement improvements to ERP functionality and workflows.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and process analysis.
• Support development, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage project scope, risks, and progress with the application manager.
• Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues, ensuring reliability.
• Provide coaching and mentor junior ERP analysts to strengthen team skills.
• Maintain expertise across applications and related areas.
