Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud) to support SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll. This role is fully remote for eligible US-based professionals and requires strong cross-functional collaboration and mentoring skills.

You will lead configuration, testing, and deployment, translate business needs into ERP solutions, and drive process improvements with stakeholders across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP or functional business applications experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Experience in one or more areas: SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions and document design decisions.
• Strong testing, troubleshooting, and change management skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within ERP teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Advise business partners on configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align ERP solutions with objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and workflows.
• Gather requirements via interviews and analysis to understand current and future needs.
• Support development and delivery including planning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Manage project execution and communicate progress, risks, and issues.
• Proactively investigate issues and coordinate with tech teams for reliable releases.
• Train and mentor associate and intermediate ERP analysts.
• Maintain technical expertise across applications and cross-train as needed.
• Contribute to team success through meetings and stakeholder communication.
