Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP, a senior technical and functional expert working with Oracle Fusion Cloud across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll. This full-time, fully remote role in the United States requires coordinating with business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and optimize ERP solutions.

You will mentor colleagues, lead cross‑functional ERP initiatives, translate needs into technology, and ensure reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years with ERP systems or functional business apps.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Knowledge across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Remote work eligibility for US-based candidates.
• Full-time, 40-hour workweek, daytime schedule.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.
• Advise business partners and ERP team members on configuration, reporting, integrations, and admin.
• Coordinate with departments and IT to ensure ERP solutions meet objectives and requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and processes.
• Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis.
• Support system design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver project work that meets scope and standards; communicate progress, risks, and issues.
• Investigate problems and coordinate with tech teams; support change management and reliability.
• Provide guidance and training to associate and intermediate ERP analysts.
• Develop proficiency across applications and cross-train to support multiple systems.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
