Jobgether is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud) for a fully remote US-based role. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, guiding business partners and IT teams to optimize ERP capabilities.

You will mentor colleagues, oversee implementation activities, and ensure reliable application performance while aligning ERP initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years with ERP systems or functional business applications.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, and implementation.
• Experience in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll domains.
• Ability to translate business needs into application solutions.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and supporting reliable releases.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, config, testing, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Advise stakeholders on configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to align ERP solutions with goals.
• Identify workflow improvements to optimize ERP and processes.
• Gather requirements via interviews and workflow reviews.
• Support planning, design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Deliver projects within scope and standards; report progress and risks.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with tech teams for reliability.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to associate and mid-level ERP analysts.
• Maintain broad ERP expertise and cross-train across systems.
