Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP for remote employment in the United States. You will lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, translating business needs into technology solutions and mentoring junior staff.

The role focuses on design, configuration, testing, and implementation, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable ERP performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of ERP or functional business applications experience.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise in design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Experience in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll modules.
• Strong analytical, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Remote work eligibility and full-time status.
• Experience in hospital/health system advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Advise business partners and ERP team members on configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
• Ensure ERP solutions align with organizational objectives and operational requirements.
• Improve processes and performance; optimize workflows.
• Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
• Support development, delivery, testing, troubleshooting.
• Manage project execution and communicate progress.
• Mentor associate ERP analysts and strengthen team knowledge.
• Develop proficiency across applications and cross-training.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with teams.
