Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.

You will mentor colleagues, translate business needs into technical solutions, improve workflows, and collaborate with business partners and IT teams to ensure reliable application performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 5 years of ERP or business applications experience.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise in design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
• Functional knowledge: SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions and document design decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and reliable releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud apps in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.
• Advise partners on configuration, reporting, integrations, and administration.
• Work with departments to ensure ERP solutions meet objectives and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and processes.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
• Contribute to planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and testing of ERP systems.
• Manage progress, risks, and issues; communicate to the application manager.
• Mentor junior analysts and strengthen ERP capability across the organization.
