Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud) for remote U.S. candidates. You will guide ERP initiatives across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, translating business needs into robust technology solutions and leading cross-functional teams.

You will mentor colleagues, optimize workflows, and ensure reliable system performance, while collaborating with stakeholders and IT to deliver well-governed ERP implementations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years ERP or functional business applications experience.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, implementation and ongoing support.
• Functional knowledge in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Ability to translate requirements into ERP solutions and document design decisions.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting ERP functionality and supporting releases.
• Process improvement and workflow optimization for ERP systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Leadership and mentoring of ERP analysts and colleagues.
• Project and change management skills to meet scope and standards.
• Healthcare experience in hospital or health system is a plus.
• Remote-work eligibility for approved US states.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud apps in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on configuration, reporting, integrations, and administration.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align ERP solutions with objectives and requirements.
• Improve ERP functionality and workflows across processes and systems.
• Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews, reviews, and data analysis.
• Contribute to system planning, design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver work within defined scope; communicate progress, risks, and issues.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with technology teams for reliability.
• Train and mentor associate and intermediate ERP analysts.
• Maintain technical expertise across assigned applications and cross-training.
• Participate in meetings and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
