Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder mgmt, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with risk management, issues, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, IT activities.
• Facilitate governance, steering updates, and executive reporting.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Monitor budgets and resource utilization; escalate critical issues.
