Job summary

Aptean is seeking a Project Manager in its Professional Services group to lead end-to-end ERP implementation delivery. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder alignment from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

The role requires 3–5 years in ERP projects, with familiarity in Business Central or similar ERP systems, and strong customer-facing communication. Remote USA work, full-time employment, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ERP implementation, preferably Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with customer-facing and internal communications is essential.
• Knowledge of multiple ERP systems such as Netsuite, Epicor, SAP, D365 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Aptean solutions, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams (services, product, sales, CoE, SRE, support) using ERP implementation methodology.
