Job summary

KAPITAL seeks an ERP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of finance, supply chain, and human capital modules, including payroll, across multiple countries. The role drives two-wave implementations, aligning business teams and vendors to milestones.

While most work can be performed remotely, key milestones require weekly collaboration and 5–6 weeks onsite in Seattle, WA over the 18-month horizon.

Qualifications

• Proven ERP project management experience delivering FIN/SCM/HCM modules.
• Experience coordinating multi-country deployments and data migrations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, HR, and financial consolidation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of ERP modules across countries, in 2 waves.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to meet milestones.
• Manage scope, risk, and budget, and report progress.

Implementation of ERP (FIN and SCM) and HCM (including payroll) + FAIDP. ERP PM would oversee delivery of All Countries - General Ledger, Fusion Accounting Hub, Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Enterprise Data Mgmt, Self Service Requisitions, Procurement, Localizations, Risk Management, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualifications and Sourcing, EPM in 2 waves.

Mostly remote, onsite in Seattle, WA for key milestones (estimate 5-6 weeks over the next 18 months)
