• Assist with issue identification, triage, and resolution coordination.
• Provide user support during testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, integrator teams, and JPMO to align activities.
• Assist with documentation and ad hoc analysis.
