Brooksource is seeking an ERP HCM Lead / Transformation Advisor for a large-scale public sector ERP modernization initiative. This remote role allows travel to Nashville, TN, especially in the first months, and is a contract through June 2027 with potential multi-year expansion.

You will shape strategy, gather requirements, and guide business processes before the ERP platform is selected, acting as a bridge between state users, IT, vendors, and future implementation partners.

Qualifications

• ERP HCM transformation experience in large-scale programs.
• Public sector/government environment experience preferred.
• Platform-agnostic mindset with consulting approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP readiness assessment and map current-state processes.
• Collaborate with state users and stakeholders to document workflows.
• Drive business process improvement and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop artifacts: workflows, requirements, issue logs, and assessments.
• Support ERP platform RFP and vendor selection and SI planning.
• Serve as trusted advisor between state, IT, leadership, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Communicate findings clearly to executive and technical audiences.
