Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to lead ERP workstreams for city clients, from discovery through go-live and stabilization. This remote-first role involves occasional travel to client sites; you will map finance, procurement, HR and asset processes to ERP capabilities, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to proposals with readiness materials.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP implementation experience with public-sector or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, data migration, testing and cutover.
• Willingness to work as a 1099/project-based collaborator with travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support ERP workstreams from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Map finance, procurement, HR, asset and related processes to ERP capabilities.
• Coordinate city stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and executives.
• Develop requirements, configuration decisions, test scripts, training materials, and readiness reporting.
