MANSCAPED is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to drive improvements in finance technology. You will manage NetSuite and related systems, document data flows, and translate business needs into actionable requirements across Accounting, Finance, and IT.

The role requires 5+ years in financial systems, ERP implementations, and strong project management. This remote‑first position offers opportunities to optimize processes while supporting a global brand.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems.
• Experience with ERP implementations, especially NetSuite.
• Strong project management and prioritization of concurrent tasks.
• Proficiency in FP&A software and data analysis.
• Familiarity with GAAP concepts and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial systems operations with NetSuite and related platforms.
• Document data models, data flows, and integration diagrams.
• Translate business needs into backlogs, stories, and requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practices.
• Provide system testing, troubleshooting, and staff training.
