MANSCAPED® is seeking a Manager, Cost Accounting to oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation for GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will lead a cost accounting team, partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and FP&A, and guide cost efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in cost accounting leadership.
• Experience leading cost accounting teams, coaching, and prioritizing multiple efforts.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures and NetSuite ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the cost accounting team with a culture of accountability.
• Establish cost accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting related to COGS and inventory.
• Provide cost analysis for pricing decisions and margin improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with FP&A and Accounting to align cost data with financials.
• Lead ERP enhancements related to cost accounting for accuracy.
• Support new product introductions and capital projects with cost data.
