Job summary

Inova Health is seeking an ERP System Analyst 2 to join the ERP Apps & Projects team within Finance. This full-time role is fully remote, with eligibility for remote work for multiple states.

The position supports Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud modules and partners with IT and business users to upgrade, test, implement, and report on ERP systems. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience and 5 years in ERP Financials.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• 5 years of ERP Financial experience as an IT systems analyst or equivalent.
• Preferred: Hands-on Oracle Cloud/Fusion experience in core financial areas.

Responsibilities

• Supports Oracle ERP or HCM Cloud modules (GL, AP, FA, Cash Management, AR, Purchasing, Grants, HR, Payroll, Recruiting, LPM).
• Evaluates upgrades, tests, and implements vendor releases.
• Resolves data processing problems and tracks service requests with Oracle.
• Creates simple to moderately complex reports for customers.
