Are you an ERP & finance whiz ready to drive a major finance transformation? We’re seeking an ERP Finance Systems Contractor to lead critical finance systems projects and help streamline our enterprise’s financial processes. This role blends deep functional finance expertise with technical ERP savvy, taking on complex system integrations and financial data challenges. If you’ve worked extensively with ERP platforms (especially Oracle) and understand end-to-end finance & accounting flows, we want to hear from you!

🌟 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• 🤝 Partner across teams: Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT to analyze current ERP processes. You’ll recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices to elevate our financial operations.
• 🔧 Bring ERP expertise: Provide technical + functional leadership across core financial modules (GL, AP, AR), integrations, data flows, and accounting structures. Ensure our ERP setup supports robust, scalable finance processes.
• 🏗 Design solutions: Shape and support the solution design for our Oracle ERP implementation – configuring modules like GL, AP, AR and optimizing related workflows to drive efficiency.
• 🔄 Integrate systems: Collaborate with technical teams to map, validate, and streamline integrations between legacy systems (PeopleSoft, AS/400, EBS) and new cloud platforms. Make sure data moves seamlessly across all systems.
• 📊 Innovate financial data flows: Contribute to designing and validating our Accounting Hub / financial data transformation layer – define accounting rules, mapping logic, and event models to ensure accurate, automated financial data transformation.
• 📝 Document & align processes: Create clear documentation of system and process flows for finance operations, ensuring everything is well-documented, understandable, and aligned with downstream systems and users.

✅ What We’re Looking For (Must-Have Qualifications):

• 5–7+ years of hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) – bringing both technical prowess and deep functional understanding of finance modules.
• Proven ERP implementation experience in finance & accounting environments, with a track record of improving or deploying core financial systems.
• Expertise with financial data transformation layers – hands‑on experience using Accounting Hub, Subledger Accounting, or similar tools to manage complex accounting rules and data mappings.
• Strong analytical & communication skills – able to interpret detailed finance requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and system configurations.
• Experience in legacy‑to‑cloud migrations or managing multi‑system ERP coexistence (data mapping, parallel systems, etc.).
• Background in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation or consulting.
