Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle ERP technical/system experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and OIC.
• Experience with Oracle Security, FDI and Risk Management.
• 3+ years in a healthcare environment (hospital, health system, etc.).
• Experience supporting integrations, reporting, data conversion, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Experience on Oracle Cloud implementation/enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, design, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Work with technical, functional, business users, developers and vendors.
• Troubleshoot technical and application issues affecting users and operations.
• Support implementations, integrations, reporting, and enhancements.
• Gather and document technical requirements and assist with design and solution development.
• Coordinate end-to-end system testing and document processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on projects and system improvements.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
