Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Process Manager ERM (Energy Resource & Marine) to lead business requirements, change, and testing for Energy Resource & Marine Operations. This remote role supports US and NOAM regions, coordinating with operations, travel technology, and regions across the organization.

You will analyze issues, document requirements, and drive best practices while ensuring feasibility and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
• Project management and/or implementation experience.
• Ability to apply technology as an enabler to process improvement.
• Proficiency in GDS Amadeus.
• Subject matter expert in Agency Operations, Call Center principles, or Automation/Technology.
• Demonstrated skills in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written commercial English and Spanish/Portuguese communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues, document business requirements, and identify best solutions.
• Monitor initiative status, engage local resources, and escalate as needed for success.
• Serve as liaison between account, region, and project team.
• Ensure documentation is delivered and reviewed by stakeholders.
