Job summary

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Project Manager in the Gulf Coast region to lead capital projects across oil & gas, LNG, power, and renewables. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while guiding permitting and environmental assessments for large infrastructure programs.

You will serve as a trusted advisor from proposal to delivery, mentor teams, and help grow ERM's diversification in energy transition projects. Travel across a broad geographic area is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in either a consulting environment or within the energy sector.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing projects with multidisciplinary teams and balancing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of capital development projects across the energy sector, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and risk.
  • Provide strategic permitting and environmental impact assessment guidance for complex infrastructure.
  • Serve as a trusted client advisor through proposal development to project execution.
  • Support advancement of low carbon and energy transition projects.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative project environment.
  • Collaborate across ERM's teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
