CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) invites an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to advance our risk framework across the enterprise. You will provide complex risk analysis, reporting, and advisory support to senior management, applying sound judgment to medium- and high-complexity matters in a remote-friendly environment.

This role coordinates AI governance, collaborates with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science and other teams, and drives ongoing improvement of risk processes, controls, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience required.

Mansioni

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across established and emerging risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Model Governance, Data Governance, and technology teams.
• Assess emerging risks including AI, data use, cybersecurity, model performance, and technology architecture.
• Develop timely risk reports, dashboards, and executive briefings with clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Prepare standard risk materials for Board and committees, including quarterly Audit Committee updates.
