CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our ERM framework remotely. You will provide complex risk analysis and advisory support to senior management, coordinating across risk, compliance, legal, cybersecurity, data science, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with risk, compliance, legal, cybersecurity, data science, and technology teams.
• Prepare standard Board and committee risk materials, including quarterly Audit Committee updates and annual reports to the full Board.
