Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to implement and strengthen risk management processes across the organization, with a focus on responsible AI governance. You will coordinate across Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Technology teams, delivering clear risk insights and oversight for senior management.

The role emphasizes independent analysis, governance, and the ability to translate complex risk concepts into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across identified risk areas.
Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science and IT partners.
Develop timely risk reports, dashboards, and executive briefings detailing risk exposure and control effectiveness.
Identify emerging risks and trends including AI-related risks and governance requirements.
Support risk priorities, governance calendars, and AI governance activities across the enterprise.
