Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to drive the ERM program remotely across the United States. You will implement processes, monitor risks, and provide complex analyses for senior leadership, with a focus on AI governance and risk controls.

You will coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Model Governance teams to mature the enterprise-wide risk framework and ensure effective risk oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with ERM, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity and Data governance teams.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards and executive briefings for senior management and the Board.
