Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to drive the organization’s risk framework and advisory support for senior leadership. This role emphasizes ERM processes, AI governance coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across risk, compliance, legal, and technology teams.

Remote work is supported nationwide with a focus on risk assessment, governance, and timely, decision-ready reporting to executives and the board.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across areas of responsibility.
Coordinate AI governance activities and assess AI-related risks and controls.
Develop risk reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for senior management.
Support cross-functional risk reviews with Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and IT teams.
Identify material evidence gaps and propose practical governance improvements.
Prepare standard risk materials for board and committee reviews.
