Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to support the risk management framework and provide complex risk analysis and advisory support to senior management. This remote role focuses on implementing ERM processes and coordinating AI governance activities across the enterprise.

You will work with cross-functional teams to assess risks, monitor controls, and prepare risk materials for governance bodies, while promoting responsible innovation and clear ownership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus experience in risk management.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes and governance activities across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with multiple teams including compliance, legal, cybersecurity, data science and governance.
• Prepare standard Board and committee risk materials and provide risk analyses, dashboards, and executive briefings.
