Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with ERM, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science and other teams.
• Support AI governance initiatives, including reviewing AI risks and governance for use cases.
• Prepare risk analyses, dashboards, and board/committee materials for risk decisions.
