Job summary

Empower is seeking an Equity Compensation Consultant to educate and assist employee shareholders in managing RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, and ESPPs. You will deliver personalized financial wellness conversations, support equity transactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless participant experience.

You will build trusted relationships, understand participant needs, and connect equity education to broader financial planning while staying compliant with FINRA and SEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• FINRA licenses required (Series 7/63/65/66) and fingerprinting.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans (RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, ESPPs).
• Experience in financial services with client-facing roles and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee shareholders via inbound calls and proactive follow-up.
• Educate participants on equity plans and tax implications.
• Guide participants through vesting, enrollment, and digital tools.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve inquiries and support transactions.
