Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator to provide cross-departmental support for origination activity and to manage the documentation lifecycle for equipment lease and loan transactions.

You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely funding while protecting the company’s interests. Responsibilities include data entry, document package preparation, and ensuring compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 2+ years of contracts experience or related business experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline driven fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to make sound, responsible decisions in a timely manner.
• Previous leasing, financial or lending services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support and transaction assistance for ongoing origination activity and sales enablement duties.
• Manage and monitor documentation requirements of equipment lease and loan transactions.
• Prepare transaction documentation packages and coordinate interdepartmental efforts to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor transactions for compliance with policy and adjust approvals as needed.
• Understand product, pricing, and documentation structures and identify core contractual issues.
• Independently identify items needed to prepare transactions for funding and follow up with clients.
• Maintain alignment with department performance metrics and service level agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
